Where we deliver
Addresses in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

The parcel is plain, with no reference to the contents on the outside. Vials are padded and protected from heat. You receive the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.
Payment
UK bank transfer (Faster Payments)
After you place the order, the payee name, sort code, account number, exact amount and payment reference appear on screen, each with a copy button. Use the order number as the reference so we can match your payment. Faster Payments between UK banks usually arrive within minutes; we dispatch once the payment is in.
Cryptocurrency
BTC, USDT or USDC through a secure payment page provided by NOWPayments. The amount is set in pounds sterling. Paying in cryptocurrency takes 3% off the goods total, unless a discount code is already applied. We dispatch once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
On arrival
Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell us within 14 days with a photo of the parcel and the vials at SPEPS.GROUP@protonmail.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.
