Who are your products for?
Adults aged 18 or over who carry out laboratory research. Our products are not suitable for human consumption or veterinary use, and we cancel any order that suggests otherwise.
How do I find the certificate for my vial?
The lot number is printed on the label. Enter it in the certificate library: the matching row shows the laboratory, the date of analysis and the measured purity, with the PDF.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UK bank transfer in pounds sterling (Faster Payments) and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC). After you order, the sort code, account number, amount and payment reference are shown on screen with copy buttons.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch from our UK stock once payment has arrived, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. You receive a tracking number by email.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more. Below that it costs £3.95. The exact amount is shown in the basket before you order.
Will I pay customs duty or import VAT?
No. Orders are sent from stock already held in the United Kingdom, so there is no customs declaration and nothing to pay on delivery.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. The parcel is plain, with no reference to the contents on the outside, and the vials are protected against knocks and heat.
How should vials be stored on arrival?
In a freezer at −20 °C, protected from light. After reconstitution, in a refrigerator at 2 to 8 °C.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days to cancel. For health protection reasons, vials whose seal has been removed after delivery cannot be taken back. The details are on the Cancellations and returns page.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes. The code UKPEPS5 takes 5% off the goods total. Enter it in the basket. Paying by cryptocurrency gives 3% off instead; the two do not combine.
