1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to every sale made on the UKPeps website between UAB Nauja oda eshop, A. Goštauto g. 8-215, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, company code 306079160 ("we", "us"), and the person placing the order ("you"). Please read them before you order. You can save or print this page at any time.
2. The products and their use
The products are compounds and reagents supplied exclusively for in vitro scientific research in a laboratory. They are not medicines, food, food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not suitable for human or veterinary use. Product descriptions summarise published scientific literature; they are not instructions for use and make no health claim.
3. Who can order
You must be 18 or over and buying for lawful research. You are responsible for checking that you may buy, hold and use the products. We may refuse or cancel an order that suggests any other use, or where a price or stock error is obvious; if we cancel, we refund any payment in full.
4. How the contract is made
You add products to the basket, check it, enter your details, choose a payment method, accept these terms and press "Place order and pay". That button commits you to pay. The contract is made when you press it, and the order number appears on screen straight away. The contract is concluded in English.
5. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. UAB Nauja oda eshop is not registered for VAT; no VAT is charged. Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more and costs £3.95 below that, shown before you order. The code UKPEPS5 gives 5% off the goods total of one order; it cannot be combined with the 3% cryptocurrency discount.
6. Payment
Payment is in advance, by UK bank transfer in pounds sterling (Faster Payments) or by cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC). For a bank transfer we hold the order for 7 days; if payment has not arrived by then we may cancel it. The goods remain ours until paid for in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, from UK stock by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is made, as required by section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If we do not, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund. The goods are at our risk until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you name.
8. Your right to cancel
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for sealed vials unsealed after delivery (regulation 28(1)(e) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Details and the model form are on the Cancellations and returns page.
9. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us, and as described. A product is as described if it matches the published specification and the certificate of its lot. If goods are faulty you have a short-term right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; after that, or if you prefer, you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a price reduction or a refund. Please report any fault or transit damage with photos and the lot number to SPEPS.GROUP@protonmail.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by using the products in breach of section 2 or of the law that applies to you. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
12. Complaints
Send complaints to SPEPS.GROUP@protonmail.com; we reply within 7 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing which certified ADR provider could deal with it and whether we agree to use it.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
